The International Center opened in 1995, aimed at encouraging internationally-minded persons, one of the educational philosophies of Nishogakusha. It also servers as a contact to establish international exchange programs with overseas colleges and universities and also to promote communications with people from other countries. Activities of the International Center include setting up student exchange programs and short-term language programs with foreign affiliated schools, offering information on studying abroad, supporting foreign students, organizing exchange events between foreign students and Japanese students. The International Center provides a wide variety documents, magazines and brochures on studying abroad.
The center also offers counseling services for students who want to study abroad and provides advice on campus life for foreign students.
